Like me, he was a participant in the SBS-6 series ‘Your own dreamhouse’; he built a glasshouse home for his family. Gerald had seen an interesting piece of land that will soon be up for sale: a gorgeous woodsy area in Leusden where the Waterloo camping grounds used to be. He asked me: wouldn’t that be a brilliant location for a Tiny House living project? Perhaps we could work together? Let’s get to know each other first, I thought.

Last Thursday I met Gerald and Danny of cc-studio in their office in Amsterdam and we had a very good conversation. I got excited and I see great potential in realising a Tiny House living project in the surroundings of Amersfoort together, with an enthusiastic group of Tiny House residents-to-be. We’ll have to see if this will be in Leusden or somewhere else. We’ve established some ground rules.
